Terms of Service

By accessing and using TraffCard services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual card platform and services.

TraffCard provides virtual card services for advertising, business payments, and subscriptions. Our services include:

• • Instant virtual card generation
• • USDT and SEPA EUR funding options
• • Real-time transaction monitoring
• • Customer support via Telegram
• • Account management dashboard

• • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• • One account per person is permitted
• • You must provide a valid Telegram username for communication

Fees, Payments and Refund

Our fee structure is transparent and clearly disclosed:

• • USDT top-up fee: 3.6% of the transaction amount
• • SEPA EUR transfer fee: 3% of the transaction amount
• • Currency exchange fee: 2% of the exchanged amount
• • No monthly fees or minimum balance requirements
• • No hidden charges or additional costs

Refund policy:

• • The refund occurs upon the User's electronic request through Support. All refunds payments are processed within 14 business days from the date of the request ( but no more)
• • The minimum refund amount is 200 € or the equivalent of the currency in which the deposit was made.)
• • Refunds are made minus the 3% servies fee and fee of payment systems associated with the return.
• • Refunds cannot be made in cash and are made in the same way as replenishment.The return of funds to a third party is not available.

Traffcard.com Account and the Services may not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or applicable legislation, used for any personal, family, or household use, used for any transaction involving any activities which we may reasonably find illegal, violent and/or harmful (the "Prohibited Activities")

• • Illegal activities or transactions
• • Money laundering or terrorist financing
• • Gambling or adult content services
• • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• • Circumventing platform restrictions
• • Reselling or transferring accounts
• • Exploiting the vulnerability of the Advertising Networks such as delay of the first bill (“pervobil”, “first bill”) is strictly prohibited and will cause the block of the account without any refunds or reimbursements.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• • You violate these Terms of Service
• • We suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• • You provide false or misleading information
• • Required by law or regulatory authorities
• • You engage in prohibited activities

Limitation of Liability

TraffCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Security Responsibilities

• • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• • Report any unauthorized access immediately
• • Use strong passwords and enable available security features
• • Monitor your account regularly for suspicious activity
• • Do not share your virtual card details with unauthorized parties

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where TraffCard is incorporated. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TraffCard operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
